Senior Designer
“Serving clients is my agenda – my passion is to make their house a home while giving it a beautiful form.”
Favorite place: St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome because the art on all of the walls are composed of mosaic tiles, not paint, making the art true masterpieces.
Favorite room in the home: Bedroom because it is my sanctuary where I recharge, replenish, and revitalize myself. No technology allowed!
What inspires you: Travel – My recent favorites are Paris, Rome, Florence, Venice, Monet’s home in Giverny, Philip Johnson Glass House, Frank Lloyd Wright Robie House, Newport Mansions in Rhode Island, and Lyndhurst Castle in Tarrytown, NY.
Dawn has her design degree from the New York School of Interior Design. She has worked with several of the Top 100 design firms, enabling her to establish relationships with the highest level of craftsmen and vendors.
Caitlin Ryan
Designer
Most recent place I’ve been: Sao Paulo, Brazil and surrounding beaches. I fell in love with the vibrant energy of the people, their culture and their lifestyle.
What inspires me: Design, travel, other cultures, color, art, historical architecture and fashion.
My design approach: With each project I work to infuse originality through bold uses of color and interesting mixes of contemporary and traditional forms.
Caitlin earned a BFA in Interior Design at Suffolk University in Boston, Mass.
Kathie De Chirico
I’d like to say: I am thrilled to be working with one of the most talented home decor and interior designers.

Favorite book: Eckart Tolle’s “A New Earth, Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose”
Who consistently inspires me: My aunt Betty, As an immigrant from Germany, she came through Ellis Island at the age of 9. She was ambitious, had great integrity, and always knew her worth. As she enters her 91st year, I still look to her to inspire me to be that person that I was meant to be.
My mission in life: To be a catalyst for great ideas and inspire others to reach their unique potential and optimize the individual gifts that they have been given.
Kathie has extensive experience working with fashion and lifestyle brands. She has been a key executive in both retail and wholesale lifestyle companies. She earned her MBA from Villanova School of Business and sits on the Dean’s Board of that school. She is passionate in women’s leadership and active in women’s leadership initiatives.
Trudy Larson
I always say… It’s better to give than to receive! While at Joseph Abboud, I launched Welcome Home Joe, an initiative to give $1 million worth of clothing to returning veterans as they re-enter the workforce. At Candie’s I co-founded the Candie’s Foundation, a non-profit organization with the mission of educating teens about the consequences of teen pregnancy.
My passion is… Horses. I’m an avid equestrian, and am also a volunteer in equine therapy for the disabled.
Career highlight: Conceiving and overseeing the launch strategy for JOE with JC Penney, including an editor event at the legendary Cage basketball courts in downtown NYC, featuring NBA top draft pick Blake Griffin, and NY Knicks legend Allan Houston, among others; a consumer event closing down the streets outside of Manhattan Mall for a Fashion Show on Sixth Avenue featuring Walt Frazier and John Starks, and an NBA Fan Experience event, attended by more than 25,000 people!
Who inspires me: My husband and son.
Trudy has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, spanning from publishing, to her role as VP of Marketing and PR at JA Apparel Corp. With a background in footwear, intimates, junior, women’s, and men’s luxury fashion, her strength is in building and promoting brands through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives.
Maggy Sharobeem
My Style is…I’m the typical girly- girl. If it’s pink, lacy, sparkly, or has animal print then I have to have it.

I love… calculus! Don’t judge, I really love numbers! And there’s always a right or wrong answer.
Personal goal for the year: To run a marathon!
Maggy has a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Villanova University.
Quincy Bock
Most recent place I’ve been: Tanzania! I went on a camping safari in Africa. We stayed in the middle of the Serengeti in tents with no people for miles around!
Favorite place: A tie between London and California.
What inspires me: Science, art, my family, the internet!
